Professional Development Workshop: Graduate School – How to Apply and What to Expect.

This workshop is a panel discussion designed to introduce undergraduate students to the specifics of applying for graduate school in plant biology. Topics include general information about selecting a mentor, the “ins and outs” of the application process, reasonable expectations for graduate school, and the realities of being a graduate student. Panelists will include both current graduate students and faculty experienced in graduate admissions.
